We will not refund you for any reason including "purchasing an order by accident" "Not what you expected" "shipping delay" any reason what so ever will not be allowed. We carry all different types of jewelry if your first item did not meet your expectations we can help you exchange it for something that will best fit your needs. We carry gold plated, silver and real gold by request. For an exchange please email us at joyeriaelmexicano@gmail.com within 10 days regarding an exchange. All exchanged products will be inspected by our staff to check for wear and tear or misuse. We will not exchange items that have been worn or damaged. Thank You !
